36-40 Is a Company in constant innovation and continuosly looking for new constructive techniques.

One of our concerns is the cooperation with UIB (University of Balearic Islands), cooperation that has started with practical lessons that are being imparted at our buildings on renovation to the students.

This cooperation was born thanks to our relation-ship with Joan Muñoz Gomila one of the architects of our team who is member of the architectural university team as well.
